WESTLAKE VILLAGE -- Vie Caswell of Mind, Body and Spirit in Thousand Oaks is the featured speaker at the Conjeo Valley Lupus Support Group meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tues., Oct. 2 at One Baxter Way, Westlake Village.
Caswell will demonstrate light massage for those with chronic illness.
Those who have lupus, family members and friends are invited to attend the meeting at no charge.

LONG BEACH -- Walk for lupus. Sunday, November 4th 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Queen Mary Events Park, 1126 Queens Highway, Long Beach. Registration is at 9:00 a.m. The walk kicks off at 10 a.m. I myself was hoping to participate in this walk, but my foot is still healing and I don't think I have time to train, but if you're up to it, go for it!
